COURSE DESCRIPTION

SILABUS 1 :

Modern HSE Management System
DESKRIPSI TRAINING
Sebagaimana yang tertuang di dalam Permenaker 05/Men/1996, Health Safety
Environment atau K3 merupakan suatu hal yang wajib untuk dilaksanakan diseluruh
industri yang memiliki tingkat bahaya yang potensial baik manufaktur; garment, shoes,
electric equipt, dll.

Ilmu K3 berkembang sangat pesat, tidak hanya membahas masalah yang berhubungan
dengan terjadinya kebakaran, akan tetapi Hygiene, dan kondisi lingkungan kerja juga
menjadi perhatian dari K3. K3 juga menjadi standar mutu bagi sebuah perusahaan yang
ingin masuk ke pasar global.

Terdapat standar-standar industri internasional yang mencakup K3 atau HSE ini seperti
ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001, dll. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika suatu industri ingin
maju, dia tidak hanya harus menjamin kontinuitas pasokan barang hasil jadinya saja ke
pasaran, akan tetapi proses pembuatannya harus mengikuti syarat dan standar
internasional K3 yang berlaku.

Dengan melakukan penerapan Manajemen system K3/HSE secara konsisten justru
membuat suatu industri akan semakin produktif dan mampu menghadapi persaingan
industri yang semakin ketat. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari berkurangnya kecelakaan kerja,
kecakapan buruh dalam operasi meningkat, dan kepercayaan konsumen bagi
perusahaan yang menerapkan K3 ini akan bertambah, yang tentunya keuntungan
perusahaan akan meningkat pula.
